I will no longer be sharing all my reviews on Insta
After some consideration, I have come to the conclusion that it is time for me to fully separate the spaces I occupy as a writer and as a reader. Authors are now my colleagues and while I will still share the reviews of the books I love, I will keep the negative reviews in readers’ spaces like Goodreads.
Yes, I will still be sharing all of my reviews on my Goodreads so if you enjoy reading all the reviews that my mind comes up with go ahead and friend request me so you can get all those reviews!
What on earth is Lucy writing?
Who even knows tbh… oh wait… I do…
I am currently 73% through drafting Project Blood (all three books!!) and I am aiming to have it completely drafted by the end of August.
I have the sequel to The Rescue drafted but it needs an extreme amount of edits so I have no idea when I’ll be tackling that.
I haven’t touched Project Prep School Murders since October but my goal is to finish drafting that this year.
I have this rockstar romance brewing in my head but I won’t work on it until after PB is done.
Don’t worry if you can’t remember the plot of all these, I’ll be making a blog post in the near future with a complete overview of the projects… maybe I’ll make one per project… that would be cool
What does reading in 2025 look like for me?
I am definitely being more chill about it (if that is even possible). I have a goal of 200 books but I’ve only read one so far this year.
I am signing up for less ARCs because I am a mood reader and I find it difficult to read books because I have to.
I am using the library more and more because I am a broke college student who needs to save money for things like sweaters and textbooks (apparently I need those).
Where is the tea? I was promised tea!
If the review thing wasn’t enough tea for you, which clearly it isn’t if you’re reading this… idk I’m pretty boring, all I do is sit around and write.
Hahahaha (it’s true tho)
Anyway, I am strongly considering making a BookTube to chronicle the life of a college bookworm but I don’t know if I have the motivation to actually edit the videos so we’ll see.
